About me
With more than ten years of experience in human rights and six years in emerging markets, I bring my human rights expertise from international development at the International Labour Organisation (Bangkok, Geneva) and human rights consulting at BSR (Hong Kong) and EY (London) to financial institutions. Over the last two years, I have worked with investors in asset management and private equity providing research and advisory services. I equip investors with the tools and skills to carry out human rights due diligence in pre- and post-investment processes to meet regulatory and client expectations as well as to align with international standards.
Current as the head of human rights, I lead the social research agenda providing internal independent human rights research advisory services for fund managers throughout financial product lifecycles. I am responsible for guiding our investment teams in understanding the regulatory changes (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, CS3D, and national due diligence legislation) and rapidly evolving client and stakeholder expectations for investors on human rights.
