About me

Electrical Engineer from the Universidad Nacional (Colombia). I hold an MBA from INALDE Business School and a Speciation in Transmission and Distribution of Electrical Energy from the Universidad de los Andres (Colombia) and Maintenance Management from the from the Universidad Industrial de Santander (Colombia). Project Management Professional (PMP) and Discipline Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certified by the Project Management Institute.

I have over 20 years of experience in comprehensive asset management, design, construction, and project formulation for transmission line infrastructure; as well as extensive knowledge in environmental management of linear infrastructure, risk assessment and management, emergency response, and technical-economic evaluations of electric energy transportation projects. Since 2017, I have been the General Manager of Conecta, the largest private electricity transmission company in Guatemala.
