About me
I work with seafood supply chain companies and key stakeholders to promote and support fisheries improvement efforts. I lead SFP's Global Squid and Global Octopus Supply Chain Roundtables.
Prior to joining SFP, I worked as a freelance consultant for more than seven years, participating in and coordinating fisheries observer programs in EU and Indian Ocean fisheries. Before that, I completed internships at the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission and the European Fisheries Control Agency, did research at the Spanish Institute of Oceanography, and taught high school math, physics, and chemistry. I have a master’s degree in economics, evaluation, and management of marine environments and fisheries resources from the University of Vigo.
I'm based in Vigo, Spain.
I'm looking for opportunities to learn on Human Rights Due diligence and connect with experts and specialists to design new strategies involving seafood supply chain companies, in responsible initiatives.
