About me
Awarded as one of the Top 100 Impactful Change-makers in Africa, Oswald Wedam Anonadaga is the Founder and CEO of FloodGates International, a fellow of the African German Young Leaders in Business Network, and ambassador for the Canada Africa Innovation Summit. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer of WingiPay, Executive Director of the Ubuntu Development Network, and as International Director of Membership for the Federation of African Law Students, where he manages a network of over 33,000 law students and young lawyers across 37 countries.
As an Entrepreneur, Oswald has received the award for Top Democracy-affirming Startup in Africa and Top 5 Worldwide by the US State Department, Microsoft, and IE University for which he was invited to the White House. He was also awarded winner of the African Union Global Competition for Youth Startups and named one of the Top 50 Young Entrepreneurs in Ghana.
Oswald’s education dynamically combines the disciplines of Technology, Business and Law. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer science from the Catholic University of Ghana, has taken courses at Harvard Business School and the London School of Economics & Political Science and is currently pursuing a law Degree at the University of Ghana School of Law.
With a mission to contribute to Global Development, Oswald also serves as a leader and speaker in technological advancement, youth empowerment, and inter-regional integration. He has spoken on these topics at events such as the United Nations Annual Forum on Business and Human Rights, the Intra African Trade Fair, the African Union Office of the Youth Envoy Democracy Event, 3rd African Peer Review Mechanism Youth Symposium, Most Respected CEOs Event, Ghana International Trade and Finance Conference, The Money Summit, the Inclusive FinTech Forum, the Women Lead Forum and many others.
