About me
Mariana is a business and human rights consultant specialising in grievance mechanisms at Löning – Human Rights & Responsible Business.
As a German Chancellor Fellow at Löning, she explored the challenges German companies face in implementing grievance mechanisms in line with LkSG and global standards. Before joining Löning, she worked in Brazil as an alternative dispute resolution professional in cases of international extrajudicial reparations. Now a consultant at Löning, Mariana develops tailored grievance and redress mechanisms for addressing human rights impacts across value chains.
She holds a law degree and an MSc in Constitutional Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
