About me
Jhumki is a Business and Human Rights researcher working with Partners in Change. Focussing on responsible business conduct, her work centres around the intersection of business accountability, sustainability, and social impact. In the past she has worked on developing sectoral templates for the garment, finance, and ICT sector, as a means for better disclosure by the companies. In her work, she has tried to ensure that the perspectives, voices and concerns of marginalized communities find a more decisive role for more inclusive and equitable business practices. She has experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, conducting capacity-building workshops, and fostering collaboration among businesses, civil society organizations, and government agencies.
