Davide Cerrato is Senior Policy Specialist at the Principles for Responsible Investment. A lawyer by training, he worked in finance and banking litigation before moving to sustainability, first supporting the development of sustainability ratings for a UK ESG data provider, then leading the sustainable finance policy work at CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project). He now leads the PRI's work on human rights and social policy. He has Master's in International Development Law and Human Rights and is a published author on topics related to sustainable finance.
