About me
Bruno Otiato is a social scientist with over seven years of expertise in leadership, research, and strategic communication, currently serving as the Head of Communications and Advocacy and Personal Assistant to the Secretary General at the Central Organization of Trade Unions (Kenya), COTU (K). Bruno is committed to amplifying workers' voices, advocating for their rights and he advises the COTU (K) Secretary General on worker welfare and rights. He is also a worker representative on the National Wages and Seafarers Wages Councils and also leads COTU (K)'s efforts on trade and labour rights, contributing to trade agreements.
Bruno holds a Masters of Laws in International Trade Law, University of Turin, Italy, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Public Administration (Hons), University of Nairobi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Communication, Chartered Institute of Public Relations, UK.
