Anita Dorett, is the  Director of the Investor Alliance for Human Rights, a collective action platform for responsible investment that is grounded in respect for people’s fundamental rights. Anita drives the development of programs, tools and guidance for investors, to inform and advance their responsibility to respect human rights. Her work includes leading and supporting investors in corporate engagement to address human rights risks in business operations - with a focus on the use of technology in business, as well as engaging in standard-setting activities to create an enabling environment for responsible business - including investor support for mandatory human rights due diligence legislation.  Anita has a Masters in Law from Columbia University and brings with her 25 years of experience as a corporate attorney primarily in the technology and telecommunications industry. She is currently based in NY but has worked internationally, with most of her time spent in South East Asia.
