For a decade, Philip has advised the world's largest organisations to drive impact across responsible business practices, from human rights, ethical sourcing to social impact and the environment. He is named a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and one of Australia’s top 25 most influential people in the pro bono sector. In 2023, he was recognised with the National Ethical Sourcing Award from the Banksia Sustainability Foundation.
Philip is the Senior Legal Counsel - Human Rights at Booking.com, a global role to help solve some of the world's biggest challenges at the intersection of emerging laws, human rights, sustainability, geopolitics, tech and travel. He previously led ethical, sustainable and social procurement at the University of Sydney, co-wrote the University's Modern Slavery Statement and developed the University's inaugural approach to Indigenous procurement. He was also the Program Lead for social change and Asia within Westpac Scholars Trust - Group Sustainability, and a senior human rights specialist at KPMG, where he advised multinational companies and helped establish the global business and human rights service.
