About me
Group CSuO at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group( MUFG) responsible for whole group sustainability initiatives. Joined MUFG in Oct. 2022 which is a global financial group including commercial banking, investment banking, asset management, consumer finance and fund investment headquartered in Japan. Before joining I promoted Sustainable Finance and integration into business strategy at the Dai-Ichi Life HD which is a prime listed company and as a leading asset owner in Japan. I have diversified experiences including asset management, change management at PE and was CFO of a start/up listed company and deputy president at a regional bank in Japan as the first full-time female board member in 2004 among banking industry in Japan. By leveraging my experience I would like to integrate sustainability into core business strategy at MUFG. I also have been a WG member of Japan NAP since 2019 and also a board member of GSG Impact Japan.
