With over 15 years of experience in CSOs, multinational companies, universities, and agribusiness cooperatives, I have implemented solutions aligned with ESG strategic objectives, SDGs, and Training and Development. My expertise encompasses Corporate Education, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as the development of training programs, teaching methodologies, and training needs assessment. I specialize in content development, training, LMS, e-learning, online training, instructional design, group facilitation, coaching, mentoring, organizational learning, and leadership development. Additionally, I served as a Brazilian delegate to the UN at the World Forum on Human Rights and Business and am currently an international Sustainability ambassador in Brazil.

I have led corporate education strategy, conducted training needs assessments, and developed projects focused on reskilling/upskilling and competency-based talent management. I managed learning metrics and budgets, as well as internal marketing initiatives and employee recognition programs.
