Adebusuyi Olutayo Olumadewa is the founder of DoTheDream Youth Development Initiative. A social transformer and the initiator of the first leadership library for Government schools in Africa starting from Nigeria in encouraging reading culture for curiosity where skill leads to services, start up and solutions also serve SDGs leadership resource center giving youths knowledge of SDGs and the capacity to accelerate and localise their interest for sustainable developments. He has designed, managed and facilitated leadership, entrepreneurship and personal mastery training within Nigeria and outside Nigeria. He has successfully organize over 109 Leadership Seminars in schools - an event aimed at promoting education, value reorientation and behavioural/attitudinal change, and also seeks to promote the ideals of the sustainable development goals in which over 65,000 young people has benefited since inception in 2005. His concept on Leadership for growth and development inspire the weekly Leadership Trainings among youths and under serve, Girls Are Asset Projects with over 11656 girls impacted since inception,Start up Projects,Entrepreneurship Scheme ,Tech4Good Project, Maximum impact. His effort with the DoTheDream YDI result into accreditation to the Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council ECOSOC status with the United Nations, and active member of the largest SDGs Network United Nations Sustainable Development Networks. He is a strategic partner of UN in Nigeria, and his impact earn him a commendation letter from the Kingdom of Netherlands Embassy Lagos Nigeria. He is a strategic member of the UN office of Drugs and Control partnership in Nigeria, Building Bridges Projects Netherland strategic Partnership on youth development. Adebusuyi led the team to observe UN International days with collaboration from the office of the Prime Minister of Finland, Prime Minister Prime Minister Sanna Marin who spoke via Video Presentation, World Social Justice Day with Kingdom of The Netherland Embassy Lagos,World Food Day with FAO DG Participation In Nigeria and the United Nations Information Center,Nigeria Director Ronald Kayanja, World Bank Representatives among others. Adebusuyi is championing a Global Call for Gender equality - Global Alliance for Women & Girls Are Asset Project- GAWGAAP a project that democratises opportunities for women/Girls to thrive . His concept which is live on the UN SDGs Websites is on the call of birthing 66 units in Nigeria He is an author of 6 books and he is married with Kids.
