About me
Dheeraj has more than ten years of experience in the realm of community institution building and participatory monitoring and evaluation. He has directly engaged with communities in the area of gender equality, sustainable livelihoods and access to rights and entitlements. For last seven years he had been researching on disclosures and policy commitments of top 300 listed companies in India. He was part of the Principal Research Team of India Responsible Business Index, which assessed top 100 companies in India on key human rights indicators. He is also part of the research team publishing a report - Status of Corporate Responsibility in India for last 5 years. He has led processes for conducting due diligence studies with particular focus on agriculture Supply Chain.
