Carine Roos has an MSc in Gender from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She has a degree in Sociology from the University of Brasília and in Journalism from the University Center of Brasília - UniCEUB. She has been a specialist in female leadership and people development for over 15 years. She is certified by Columbia Business School's Executive Women's Leadership Program and is internationally certified in Psychological Safety Teams. She also has a postgraduate degree in Social Innovation Management from Amani Institute and a postgraduate degree in Emotional Management in Organizations - Cultivating Emotional Balance-CEBTT from Albert Einstein Israeli Faculty. Carine was a consultant for institutions focused on technology, communication, and human rights, such as the Internet Steering Committee (
CGI.br), the Human Rights Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic (SDH/PR), UNESCO, UNICEF, and the Ministry of Health. She is currently the founder and CEO of Newa, a company whose mission is to support people in developing a new mindset of leaders committed to social justice and equity in organizations.
