As Senior Manager of Human Rights at Novartis, Aditi is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of Novartis human rights program; with a focus on advancing labor rights in the company’s global supply chain. Previously, Aditi was the global lead for adidas’ modern slavery outreach program, based in Hong Kong. Aditi’s experience over the past 18 years spans multiple industries from Retail to Financial Services to Media & Entertainment to Information Technology. Her roles have ranged from leading grant giving for Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship program in India skilling underprivileged youth to gain a foothold in the formal economy; to establishing fundraising processes for Greenpeace, an international environmental non-profit; to leading the South Asian resource development function at Leonard Cheshire, a disability rights non-profit. Aditi holds a post graduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Psychology from the University of Mumbai, India. She is an Indian national currently living and working in Basel, Switzerland.
