Based on a collaborative view and work style, I have been developing and supporting initiatives to strengthen the synergy among different departments, businesses, and countries.
With a diversified portfolio, I have 14 years of professional experience, eight of which in knowledge management (KM), including innovation process in cross-departmental and cross-industry programmes to break down silos towards increasing collaboration. During this period, I have managed well-consolidated KM programmes and implemented initiatives from scratch at the international level.
